Recipe: Fried String Beans

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ pounds fresh string beans
  • 4 tablespoons margarine
  • ¾ cup salt-free cracker crumbs
  • Pepper to taste

Directions:

Cook string beans for 20 minutes. Melt margarine in frying pan. Drain & pour beans into frying pan. Pour crumbs over beans; add pepper. Fry until slightly browned.
