Recipe: Broccoli Blossom

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped red cabbage
  • ½ cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 2–3 Tbsp. water
  • ¼ tsp. tarragon
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. onion powder
  • Ground black pepper
  • Ground red pepper
  • 1 English muffin, split and toasted
  • 2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

Stir-fry vegetables in oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat for 2–3 minutes. Add water and cover. Steam for 5 minutes. Add spices during last 2 minutes. Serve over English muffin halves and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
