Recipe: Shrimp Spread with Crackers

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  • 2 ½ oz. cooked, shelled shrimp
  • 1 Tbsp. no salt added ketchup
  • ¼ tsp. hot sauce
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp. Mrs. Dash® lemon herb seasoning
  • 24 mini matzo crackers
  • minced parsley for garnish

Directions:

Mince shrimp and fold into cream cheese until combined. Avoid excessive stirring. Stir in ketchup, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and herb seasoning. Place 1 tsp. of spread on each cracker. Garnish with minced parsley.
