Recipe: Chicken Egg Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. diced cooked chicken
  • ½ lb. bean sprouts
  • ½ lb. shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 14 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Directions:

Mix first seven ingredients together in a bowl. Let marinate 30 minutes. Divide filling among the wrappers and fold as directed on wrapper package. Fill frying pan at least one inch deep with oil and heat to 350° F. Fry egg rolls in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
