Recipe: No Sugar Added Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ½ cup margarine or butter
  • 4 tsp. liquid sugar substitute
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375° F. Sift together dry ingredients. Cream margarine and add sugar substitute, vanilla and egg, blending well. Add flour mixture and beat well. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes.
