Recipe: Shrimp Scampi Linguine

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ lb. shrimp, peeled and cleaned
  • ¼ c. dry white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. basil
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 oz. dry linguine

Directions:

Heat oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and shrimp. Cook and stir until shrimp turns pink. Add wine, lemon juice, basil and parsley. Cook 5 more minutes. Meanwhile, boil linguine in water without salt until tender. Drain. Serve the linguine topped with the shrimp and any remaining juices in the skillet.
