Satellite Healthcare Promotes Rosemary Fox to Senior Vice President of Dialysis Services and Strategic Initiatives

SAN JOSE, CA – December 5, 2014 – — Satellite Healthcare, the 7th largest dialysis provider in the US and among the nation's leading not-for-profit providers of kidney dialysis and related services, announced today that Rosemary Fox has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Dialysis Services and Strategic Initiatives.

Fox served 13 years in her previous positions as Chief Operating Officer of Satellite Healthcare and Vice President of Satellite Dialysis. roles in which she was responsible for directing the operations of Satellite's 50+ in-center dialysis facilities, who serve over 5,000 patients.

In her new role, Fox will be a member of Satellite Healthcare's senior executive team and will serve as the key point person for a number of strategic initiatives. She will report to Chief Operations Officer Dave Carter and to Chief Executive Officer Rick Barnett, who took the helm as Satellite's new CEO in September 2014.

Fox's promotion, which follows Carter's appointment to Chief Operations Officer, is part of a strategic restructuring of Satellite Healthcare's leadership designed to help the organization operate more efficiently and effectively while improving accountability and teamwork as well as relations among employees, physicians and patients.

Barnett also announced that Satellite will create a new Vice President of Physician Services position dedicated to enhancing relationships with physicians, as well as a Chief Innovation and Commercial Officer position to broaden Satellite's model of care to encompass a more comprehensive suite of kidney and chronic care services and expand services across the country.
