Satellite Healthcare Hosts Breakfast Symposium & Workshops at ANNA, Announces Research Grant

Satellite Healthcare is proud to have our own Sheila Doss-McQuitty as acting ANNA President at this year's annual ANNA National Symposium in Washington, DC. Our Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Brigitte Schiller and other Satellite staff will be hosting a breakfast symposium and several presentations at the conference this weekend. We encourage you to attend the following sessions and join us at our sponsored breakfast symposium on Saturday, April 8 as Dr. Schiller discusses the importance of recognizing patients as individuals and humanizing care.

In addition, Satellite Healthcare has partnered with ANNA in creating a $5,000 applied pragmatic clinical research grant to fund qualified nephrology nursing research for ANNA members.

“We are excited to partner with ANNA to fund pragmatic clinical research that will make a real impact on the lives of patients living with CKD,” said Dr. Brigitte Schiller, chief medical officer of Satellite Healthcare. “I encourage ANNA members interested in pragmatic clinical research to apply for this grant to endeavor in new ways to treat CKD patients.”
