Marc Branson Promoted to New Position of EVP of Dialysis Services

Mountain View, CA—November 5, 2008—Mark Burke, CEO of Satellite Healthcare, Inc., one of the first and largest providers of dialysis and kidney disease services, announced that Marc Branson has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Dialysis Services. Previously, Mr. Branson had been Vice President for Satellite Healthcare and Chief Executive Officer of Satellite WellBound.

“Marc has worked in a variety of important capacities at Satellite during the last 12 years and has been instrumental in Satellite’s success,” said Mr. Burke. “Satellite Healthcare’s growth over the last several years has enabled us to expand the scope of our clinical capabilities, enabling us to better achieve our mission of helping people living with chronic kidney disease. In his new role, Mr. Branson will be responsible for all dialysis services delivered through Satellite Dialysis and Satellite WellBound. This change will focus more resources on solidifying the company’s competitive position in existing markets and responding to the needs of physicians and payers.

“In Marc’s capacity of managing WellBound,” Mr. Burke continued, “he has developed extensive relationships with nephrologists and payers, elevating Satellite’s presence on both a local and national level. In his new role he will continue to focus on developing these relationships for both Satellite Dialysis and WellBound.”
