Marsha has held positions of progressive responsibility at Satellite Healthcare. As Executive Officer & General Manager, New Business Ventures, Marsha establishes new business relationships that aim to deliver adjacent services for dialysis patients. She leads a number of internal strategic initiatives that support the development of partnerships with likeminded organizations. In addition, Marsha also oversees the Managed Care Services and the Enterprise Development/Business Integration functions.

Prior to joining Satellite Healthcare, Marsha served as Vice President of Corporate Development on a senior strategy team, and prior to that in Business Development, Mergers & Acquisitions and Hospital Services at DaVita HealthCare Partners, a large dialysis organization. She has also held executive management positions with InSight Health Corporation, HealthSouth and Alliance HealthCare Services. In addition, her consulting relationships have included Memorial Healthcare, Providence Healthcare, University of California, San Diego Medical Center and large radiology group practices in the U.S.

She holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services Management and Organizational Leadership and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University. She is active in the American College of Healthcare Executives and her professional training includes GE Healthcare, as well as course work at UCLA, Harvard Business School, UC Irvine and UC Berkeley, and a strategic planning program at Stanford University.

Marsha is a member of the board of directors of the National Kidney Foundation in Southern California.
