
Recipe: Cauliflower and Broccoli

Ingredients:
- 10 cauliflower florets
- 1 whole head of broccoli
- 3 carrots
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- ¼ onion, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
- ½ cup water
Directions:
Cut cauliflower, broccoli and carrots into bite-size pieces and add butter or margarine, onion and garlic salt. Bring ½ cup water to a boil in a very large pot and steam vegetables until done, approximately 30 minutes.
