
Recipe: Broiled Garlic Peel-and-Eat Shrimp

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. raw shrimp, shells on
- 1 cup unsalted margarine, melted
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove minced garlic
Directions:
- Preheat broiler.
- Wash and dry shrimp. Pour margarine in a shallow baking pan and add lemon juice, onion, garlic and pepper. Add shrimp; toss to coat.
- Broil 5 minutes. Turn shrimp and broil for 5 more minutes. Serve on platter with strained pan juices and sprinkle with parsley.
