Ingredients:
Loaf:
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ¾ cup milk
- 2/3 cup bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. onions, finely diced
- ½ tsp. sage
- 1½ lb. ground beef
- ½ cup fresh sliced mushrooms
Topping:
- ¼ cup salt-free ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F. Mix together eggs through mushrooms. Pat meat
mixture into a loaf pan. Bake one hour. Take out of oven and pour off
grease. Mix first four topping ingredients and spread over meatloaf. Sprinkle
with cheese. Return to oven until the cheese melts.
