Creamy chicken mac with mayonnaise, cream cheese and elbow macaroni

Ingredients:
- 4 oz. cooked chicken breast, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 cube low-sodium chicken bouillon
- 2 Tbsp. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 c. cooked elbow macaroni
- 1 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
Directions:
Add margarine and flour to a skillet and cook a few minutes, whisking to prevent lumps from forming. Dissolve bouillon in water and add to skillet slowly, whisking as it thickens. Melt in cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add onion and garlic powders, basil, pepper and salt, continuing to stir. Add chicken and macaroni; stir to coat. Add lemon juice at the end if desired.
