July is National Picnic Month, and nothing says summer more than a beautiful midday picnic in the park! To make the most of your day, and get the nutrition and activity your body needs, follow these tips:


Grill Ahead

Grill up some chicken ahead of time to bring along for the ride. Add some dry spices or a low sodium bbq sauce for flavor. Add a leafy salad or some couscous for a perfect picnic meal.

Opt for a Wraps

Ditch the silver and opt for a wrap instead. Make a delicious lunch with grilled chicken, veggies, and a little tuna or chicken salad. It’s the perfect healthy lunch option on the go.

Stay Hydrated
